Frustrating, because the author couldn't reveal much. Excellent description of the gulf between operators and management

Primatology applied to people. Works uncomfortably well

May be the functional Rosetta Stone for all ethhics.

Extraordinary book. Too bad all the managers who think they are leaders will never read it
