Saturday and Sunday we'll be going over the basic skills necessary to fight at extremely close range-- everything from power generation to takedowns to how and when to bite and headbutt.
Participants should have good control, be calm under pressure and have respectable breakfalls.
Wear comfortable clothing. You might want to think about mouthguards and groin protection. Just sayin'.
